Mr. Greene’s position as president primarily focuses on the strategic planning of the corporation from a sales and marketing approach.  Rick is the face for all networking events, heads up all large-scale contract sales and is responsible for the marketing strategies that ResourceOne will pursue. 

Mr. Greene is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Business Major.  He has 25 years of experience in the Cleaning and Maintenance Industry, sits on 4 Corporation Boards and has extensive Executive management experience

Experienced, knowledgeable, and motivational executive leader with over 25 years of leadership experience that includes his current role of Chief Operating Officer and prior executive management roles with one of the leading global contract management companies. Extensive experience in multiple areas, including Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. 

Mrs. Cuellar is the General Manager of Operations.  Perhaps one of the most critical roles within any service organization, she has the sole responsibility of the day to day workings and satisfaction of our clients.

Ms. Cuellar has a bachelor's degree in Administration and Marketing from UTP in Colombia and 18 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry.  She has numerous certifications within the industry including Green Cleaning Institute and oversees the entire Operational unit. 

Mr. Henao is the director of construction and special projects division within the operations department.  He is responsible to oversee all project work and to be held accountable for the quality as well as to deliver the project on time and on budge.  Mr. Henao has over 18 years of maintenance experience and has been certified in all major cleaning maintenance categories. 

Mrs. Burgos is the HR Director, managed all Human Resources and Payroll functions in a 100 employees ResourceOne New England Business, handled oversight, payroll processing, and documentation. Mrs. Burgos has 23 years of experience in the Cleaning/ GMP  Industry, including GMP procedures, QA procedures, Safety Procedures, Maintaining SOP Procedures, Assist writing new SOP Procedures.
